Clavicle, Scapula, Humerus Oh My! The shoulders are designed for mobility, not stability. While shoulder injuries can be very common among yoga practitioners, they are completely preventable with understanding and technique. Lauren will walk you through shoulder anatomy from a yoga perspective, demonstrate through 1:1 and group practice the proper form to prevent injury and ways to build shoulder strength properly. Unique considerations will also include some techniques to properly help take care of your shoulders when they are tight or sore. Developing technique, strength, and comfort in your upper body begins with a strong foundation through your shoulders to improve your yoga practice in floor series.
