This intense Yoga Sculpt class is sure to give your body an entire workout in the tap room of Hog River Brewing. Yoga Sculpt is designed with a blend of yoga, pilates, and isolation movements for sculpting, toning, and a great full body workout. Lauren's set list and enthusiasm will get you motivated and energized, ending with a Savasana and a beverage of choice after class (Hog River craft beer, hard cider, wine on tap, and cold brew coffee & teas)
$25 admission includes class and Hog River Brewery beverage of your choice.
Bring a mat, water and a pair of dumbbells - 2-6 pounds each if you have them.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in, and class will run from 10:30-11:30. Stay & relax after to enjoy your complimentary beverage with friends and family.

Yoga Sculpt blends yoga, pilates, and cardio elements for a toning and sculpting workout. Designed for all levels, Lauren will guide you through postures, exercise, and movements to exercise your whole body through the course of an hour. Set to a modern and high tempo play-list, the workout starts with breathing, stretching, and ends with a savasna to bring your body back to rest and create an invigorating and refreshing experience to remember!
