Join Julie Beliveau for one or both days of this 2-week series designed for new moms (or dads!) to get a full mind-body workout while developing your connection with baby. Only $40 for both dates and $22 for single date.
This series is designed for babies ages 6 weeks through pre-crawling. Music and gentle essential oils will be incorporated into class.
Julie became a new mom in September 2016 with now a baby and toddler. She is a certified yoga teacher, has a BA in Child & Family Development (Birth - 5 years old), 9 years of experience teaching preschool gymnastics and several years of experience working with children with special needs. We look forward to seeing all the yoga babies on the mat - space is limited so register early!
