A Shoulders Clinic with Lauren Taylor

Instruction from one of our best:

Clavicle, Scapula, Humerus Oh My! The shoulders are designed for mobility, not stability. While shoulder injuries can be very common among yoga practitioners, they are completely preventable with understanding and technique. Lauren will walk you through shoulder anatomy from a yoga perspective, demonstrate through 1:1 and group practice the proper form to prevent injury and ways to build shoulder strength properly. Unique considerations will also include some techniques to properly help take care of your shoulders when they are tight or sore. Developing technique, strength, and comfort in your upper body begins with a strong foundation through your shoulders to improve your yoga practice in floor series.

You will absolutely love Lauren’s personal and engaging style as she meets you where you are at with immense knowledge and experience in Yoga. The class will be structured for all levels of Yogi’s.

You do not want to miss this absolutely rare treat for invigorating your mind, body, and soul.  All proceeds will go toward supporting Channel 3 Kids Camp to make camp accessible to all children regardless of their family's capacity to pay. 

Channel 3 Kids Camp is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible.
