All of our classes fit in to one of the three categories below. All classes are suitable for beginners as we have modifications for more and less advanced patrons. Be mindful that although we consider all class beginner friendly, the intensity of some classes will be more than others.
Vinyasa Flow Classes: YIN, Power, Gentle
Flexibility & Relaxation
A breathing centered practice with a flow
between postures to unwind, build strength, flexibility, and balance. From Gentle, YIN, Restorative, Ashtanga, & Power, a low key way to relax and recharge.

Fitness Blend Class: Sculpt, Pilates, HIIT, Barre
Fire Up Your Metabolism
Power yoga, Pilates, and Barre infused with optional resistance weights and cardio to give it that extra boost, set to music time evaporates and then you’re done. Great for toning, posture, and fire up your metabolism.

Hot Hatha Classes: Bikram 60/90, Hot Express
An Intense Practice
Our studio was built for a true bikram practice with digitally controlled temperature and humidity at 105F and 40% humidity. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises to leave you sweating, invigorated, and a complete reset to your mind and body. Both a 90 and 60 minute formats. Oh, AND seven private showers in the studio to refresh and go for dinner, fun with friends, or home to relax.
